Refund policy

We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

To facilitate and speed up the return process, please fill out the return form below and include it with the returned product.

The returned product must not be damaged, soiled, or show any signs of use. It must include all accessories and original packaging. Please ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transport.

If the product is damaged or missing any components, the return will not be accepted and the parcel will be returned at your expense.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels sent to parcel lockers.

The refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order, or to the bank account indicated in the return form.

Please remember: the returned product must be suitable for resale. Please return it in the same condition you would expect to receive it yourself.

 

 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the previous one according to the instructions above.

 

Complaints

Purchased products may be subject to complaint if damage or defects are found either upon receipt or during use, provided the issue results from a manufacturing error.

If you discover a defect, please contact us at ciao@momonde.co, including photos and a detailed description of the issue, or return the product with a completed complaint form to the following address:
