Shipping policy
Orders
We accept orders exclusively through our online store at www.momonde.co. We do not process orders placed via phone, email, or social media (Facebook, Instagram).
Payments
You can pay for your order conveniently and securely via:
- Przelewy24 and Shopify Payments (BLIK),
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard),
- Buy now, pay later: PayPo or P24NOW (only available via Przelewy24)
If you experience technical issues with online payment, you can make a traditional bank transfer to:

Order processing
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Most parcels are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The maximum processing time is 5 business days. For personalized products (e.g., planners with monograms), shipping may take 1–3 additional business days depending on order volume.
Shipping – Poland
We work with trusted courier companies. Current delivery rates within Poland:
- DPD Courier - 15 zł
- InPost Parcel Lockers – 15 zł
- InPost Courier – 18 zł
We do not offer cash-on-delivery or shipping via Polish Post.
International shipping
