Care
Keep away from moisture. Paper likes shade and dry air. Clean dry only. A lint roller for cloth covers, a soft cloth for smooth ones. No cleaning products. A planner is not a kitchen counter.
If it gets wet, lay it flat and let it dry slowly. A hairdryer or a radiator will warp the block. Wipe the metal corners with a dry cloth now and then.
Carry it in the cotton sleeve. That's what it's for.

Up to 12 characters. By default it is embossed along the bottom of the cover. It can also go in place of the main embossing. Select this in the personalisation options. All monograms are set in capital letters. Polish characters and numbers are available. Special characters: full stop, comma, # and !.
Metal corners
Four gold-tone metal corners. They protect the cover from wear when you carry it in a bag, and they change the character of the binding. Protective and decorative in equal measure.

Made by hand
Every personalisation is done by hand in our studio in Toruń. The die is pressed once. There is no test run, so setting it up takes longer than the embossing itself.
Good to know
Personalisation may add 2–3 working days to processing time. Planners with a monogram or metal corners are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Choosing one of the three main embossing options, or opting out of it, is not personalisation and does not affect your right to return.

The monogram is done with such precision that the attention to detail is obvious straight away. And opening the parcel… it honestly felt like unwrapping a Christmas present. A real pleasure!

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the PRO, Traditional and Sauté planners?
The layout and structure of the planning pages. The monthly sections, such as the monthly plan, finance sheets, habit trackers, goals and reviews, are shared across all editions.
Traditional has a narrower schedule, plus a to-do list, priorities, a water or coffee tracker and space for notes. A full day structure for people who plan holistically and don't separate work from the rest of life.
PRO is essentially an hourly schedule with space for notes at the bottom. No extra fields. It was made for people who work with clients, in beauty, law, photography or coaching, and for anyone whose planner is a work tool and who plans meetings or tasks by the hour.
Sauté imposes no structure. A notebook with a calendar. Every day gets the same amount of space, the rest is left for loose notes. Available in the weekly layout only.
What's the difference between a daily and a weekly planner?
Daily gives each day its own page. Saturday and Sunday share one. An hourly schedule plus space for notes, as much room as it takes to write down a whole day.
Weekly shows the whole week across a two-page spread. It's thinner and lighter.
The weekly layout itself depends on the edition. PRO is vertical, with days as columns side by side. Traditional and Sauté are horizontal, with days stacked one below the other.
Choose daily if you plan by the hour and need room for detail. Weekly if you think in weeks and prefer to see everything at once.
Does the planner lie flat?
Yes, though not always from day one. The block is thread-sewn in signatures, and the spine needs a moment to settle in. That takes a few dozen openings, not a few days on a shelf. The more you use it, the sooner it gives.
It loosens fastest in the middle of the block and slowest at the first and last pages. That's normal for this binding. Don't force the spine or press the open planner down.
How are the weeks numbered?
According to the ISO standard, the same one your phone calendar and most business systems use. Weeks start on Monday.
So the first days of January may still belong to the last week of the previous year, and numbering starts at 52 or 53. It's not a mistake. It's how the standard works.
Does it include Polish holidays and trading Sundays?
Yes. All Polish public holidays, customary holidays, trading Sundays and both daylight saving time changes.
What can the monogram say?
Up to twelve characters, always in capitals. Polish characters and numbers are available. Special characters: full stop, comma, # and !.
The embossing goes along the bottom of the cover, or in place of the main embossing if you choose that option. Metal corners are optional too. They protect the corners of the cover from wear in a bag.
Can a personalised planner be returned?
No. Planners with a monogram or metal corners are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Choosing one of the available main embossing options is not personalisation and does not affect your right to return. The same goes for opting out of the embossing. A cover without it can be returned under the standard terms.
How long does processing take?
Orders without personalisation ship within 1–2 working days. Monograms and metal corners are done by hand in order of purchase, so when there are more orders, processing may take 2–3 extra working days.
In practice, personalisation rarely adds much time. Especially before Christmas, we make sure personalised planners go out as quickly as possible.
What should I write with?
Ballpoint, fineliner, pencil or fountain pen. Munken Premium is uncoated, so ink soaks in instead of sitting on the surface.
Alcohol markers bleed through any paper of this weight. If you use them for highlighting, test them on the last page of the notes section first.
How do I care for the planner?
Away from moisture, cleaned dry, carried in its sleeve. Full care instructions are in the planner description.
What if the design I want sells out?
We plan each print run for the whole season in advance and usually don't repeat it. A sold-out cover rarely comes back.
Sign up for a notification on the product page. If we do decide to reprint, you'll be the first to know. You can also write to us and ask. We'll tell you whether the design you have your eye on is coming back.
When should I order to receive it before Christmas?
Orders ship within 1–2 working days. Personalisation may add 2–3 working days, but in December we work so that every order goes out as quickly as possible.
The guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery date isn't ours to set. It's announced by our carrier, InPost, usually in mid-December. We share it on the site as soon as it's known.
